INTRODUCTION OF US
LinkedIn group Global Sikh Association group was created in 2009 by Kanwaljit Singh. In 2012 a meeting took place with Satnam Sarb Kalyan Trust in Chandigarh to explore how GSA can help needy Sikhs. The people who was involved in this effort were Kanwaljit Singh from USA Gurdeep Singh Kundan from Switzerland, Manpreet Singh from Mumbai, and Harjinder Singh from Mohali
Then after brainstorming LinkedIn group GSEF was created by Kanwaljit Singh from USA again. Gurdeep Singh Kundan hi spoke to few key people in Global Sikh Council but nothing happened. Then in 2019 I met Gulbarg Singh Ji from Atlanta and started GSEF Inc with an executive committee in person by making Gulbarg Singh Ji President & Manpreet Singh Ji from Maryland as Secretary.
Then came the Board with Waheguru grace and started Punjab project.
The first Board of Directors includes 10 distinguished individuals.
We work directly with communities, partners, and sister organizations to help with the economic growth of the Sikh community.
Our mission is to create opportunities through our corporate partners, community networking and by sharing ideas focused on improving the lives of young girls of widowed Sikh ladies and to help the Sikh youth achieve their full potential in any endeavor they choose to undertake.
The Organization’s operations, while initially started in the US, are expected to be Global, with sister organizations registered in all countries with wherever there is a Sikh Population.

Goal
Economic growth of Sikh community, sharing ideas and networking: creating opportunities for Entrepreneurs. Coaching center and workshops, scholarships for shining students: providing guidance in going abroad for study, and career counseling.
