Helping with your next step

Networking for effective change

President Franklin Roosevelt once said – “We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future“. A community is as strong and vibrant as the morale of its youth. In our analysis, the present day youths of our community in Punjab, are going through a period of extreme uncertainty and low morale. Lack of proper guidance and mentorship, is one reason that they are fumbling for answers and direction. Our board, team members and volunteers possess the necessary depth of professional experience to act as mentors & steer these budding leaders of our community in the right direction.

Once they graduate and contact us, by filling the required info here , We help by evaluating a candidate for skill-gap analysis and then providing the required soft-skills training e.g interviewing, Communication, Negotiating etc. We also reachout to our corporate partners in helping them secure an interview in their field of interest.

3. If you are running a business/company you can hire the youth who have applied to our organization.

4. If you are working for a company you can help provide a referral or info of upcoming jobs to the interested candidates.

5. Lastly you can be a Mentor to a candidate and help them find their feet in the corporate world.

While we intend to increase the types of course offerings, as of we are planning to start with soft-skills trainings only e.g

  • Leadership Skills.
  • Teamwork
  • Communication Skills
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Work Ethic
  • Flexibility/Adaptability
  • Interpersonal Skill

Currently, we have noticed that youths of our community are seriously lacking in these interpersonal skills. While they do have some kind of a degree/diploma or have already undertaken such trainings, they are still  not being considered for a job due to lack people skills.

No. Any person fresh out college or an experienced person who is currently unable to find a job can apply. We will evaluate the probable cause and provide the necessary guidance. Furthermore, we will  help locate a job through our corporate partners/sponsors.
